Professional Wet Cleaning of Big Bags

Our wet cleaning process is the core of hygienic reconditioning for used Big Bags. Every step is designed for maximum cleanliness, safety, and traceability:

1. Delivery & Preparation

• Big Bags can be collected by freight or delivered directly.
• Intake & preparation: shaking out, opening knots, initial visual inspection for damage, and portioning for the washing machines.

2. Washing & Disinfection

• Cleaning at up to 52 °C using a disinfecting wash process.
• Regular inspections by the Hohenstein Hygiene Institute with bio-indicators.
• Proven germ reduction of at least 7 log levels (operating room standard).
• Conductivity monitoring ensures no residues of detergents or disinfectants remain.

3. Drying & Quality Control

• Transport via conveyor belt into dryers, drying at up to 52 °C.
• Inspection of each individual Big Bag using light strips & moisture meters.
• Checks for damage, residual moisture, and product residues.

4. Packaging & Labeling

• Packed, pressed, and labeled according to customer specifications.
• Optional: batch number for full traceability.
